About Dragon Youth Soccer

Players must live within Southlake or Westlake, be actively enrolled in Carroll ISD schools or be a child of a CISD Employee, Southlake First Responder, City of Southlake Employee or a Southlake Relative, attends a PreSchool in Southlake or Owns and Operates a Business in Southlake, to participate in each Season. (Grade Verification required for Divisions- see Q&A in the Menu for exceptions).

*30 Minutes Games are 6 minute quarters with 2 minute breaks

*DYS might need to adjust the max player on teams to ensure all kids have a team to play on, and to ensure there are enough teams created for games.

*PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY

*WEAR SHIN GUARDS

*WEAR BLACK DYS SHIRT TO PRACTICES

Sunday Skills Night (Fall 2026):

*Kinder thru 1st:  4:45pm – 5:30pm (45 min) 

*2nd thru 3rd:  5:45pm – 6:30pm (45 min) 

Saturday Practices & Games (Fall 2026):

Start Sept 12 / End Oct 31

Pre-K thru Kinder:

30 min practice, then 30 min game (1 hour)

Start Sept 12 / End Oct 31

1st thru 3rd:

20 min practice, then 40 min game (1 hour) 

Regular Registration: Current - 06/15/2026

Fee: $155 + Uniform if needed (+ tax 8.25%) 

Late Registration: 07/27/2026 - 08/29/2026 (IF SPACE ALLOWS)

Fee: $185 + Uniform if needed (+ tax 8.25%)

The Official DYS Uniform (if needed) is required for the League. Teams cannot create their own practice jerseys or game uniforms. Purchase the DYS Uniform and/or a Training Jersey in the Registration section. If you have Uniform and only need a Training Jersey, details are below. 

Full Uniform: $89 (+ tax 8.25%)

-One Short: Green

-Purchase at ULETE Retail Counter

*Uniforms take up to 4 weeks to arrive and will be ready prior to season start and picked up at ULETE.

No Refunds on Uniforms or League Fees, unless approved by DYS on a case-by-case basis. DYS incurs significant time and expense to make the League a great experience for the Dragon community.  

DYS implements the same Rules used by ULETE's 4v4 Leagues and Tournaments.

Volunteer coach roles are for parents/family/guardians who want to coach a DYS Team in any capacity. Background Checks, Policies and Code of Conduct completions per DYS are required prior to being approved to coach.

*Please Note: If you have completed and are current with your SafeSport Certification, that will be accepted by DYS. Email your Docs to DYS@DragonYouthSoccer.com

How to get started:

Step 1: Register Your Player

Step 2: Email DYS@DragonYouthSoccer.com with the Subject Line "Coach"

Step 3: Once verified by DYS, a link will be emailed to you to start the process. 

You will NOT be cleared to Coach without completing steps 1 and 2.

Once you are fully approved, you will receive an approved DYS Volunteer Badge which must be worn at all practices and games. Referees might ask to see your badge.
